Hollinwood Centre
As part of the Hollinwood area of re-generation Fourway were contracted to develop a strategy for clearing the area of unwanted industrial machinery, Surveying, designing and re-generation of the facility.
The project was part of a £3m re-generation project of existing mill buildings turning them in to high quality office working environments. Fourways were responsible for the delivery of the project to budget while managing the site clearance, quantity surveying, Architectural design and building work/internal regeneration.
