Recent projects include dilapidation works on their Rossendale site, the refurbishment of office facilities and general fit out of existing premises plus numerous projects on northwest sites. The projects at Rossendale, Middleton and Newhey all required time sensitive management of design, M&E and general building trades to ensure the projects were handed over on time and in budget.
As part of the Hollinwood area of re-generation Fourway were contracted to develop a strategy for clearing the area.
